Crave was the featured caterer at the open house at La Paloma on Saturday…and wooo-wee are they appropriately named. We are still talking about their “fancy mac & cheese” dish. Bonus: everything is served on/with biodegradable bamboo and other eco-friendly products. It a great way to be both stylish and green.

Also among the vendors at the bridal show hosted by River Place country club was our own, Falana Chonel owner of and designer/baker for Haute Cakes Couture Desserts. Falana offers three lines of cakes: Couture, Designer, and Off The Rack. Coupled with your number of guests, she can create a concoction that is a “perfect fit”.

Last Saturday’s bridal open house at the River Place Country Club was a fabulous event. Kathryn Jaroszewicz and her team have it all together. The space is amazingly flexible to accommodate a wide variety of event sizes—up to 300 guests—and styles. And, no, you don’t have to be a member to host an event at River Place.
The view from this ceremony spot is amazing. It’s just perfect for a sunset ceremony.
The catering staff is quick with refills to maintain a pretty display and keep guests happy, too.

Girl got skillz! Whether you need individual false lashes for a whole glamour look or just a nice palette of neutral tones that compliment your own coloring, Zoraima Pelaez is your gal. Just as importantly for a wedding day: she’s fast. She buzzed through several full makeup applications, lashes and all, at the bridal open house at River Place Country Club.
Oh, and with such an amazing, but complicated, name, we’re glad she has a smart website name!
